My Top 100 Songs of 2022

2022 was by far one of my favorite years for music. No matter what life threw at me last year, like always, I could fall back and let myself be consumed by it. Last year in particular I listened to a hell of a lot of music. Including a lot of stuff that I never thought I would ever listen to. It was an absolutely amazing year in that regard, and it was very hard for me to whittle down the 400+ songs that I had originally listed to just 100, but I did it! This doesn’t even include all the music released outside of last year that I listened to. That list would be enormous (my old school soul and RnB phase would be well over 100 songs alone). Regardless, music is and has always been my best friend that I’m eternally grateful for. So it was fun putting this list and the accompanying playlist together. I hope 2023 is just as great of a year for music.
